In March 2018, I sent an email regarding my client's Hamptons July 2018 wedding for a quote. Diego responded in less than 3 hours! I told him we were still TBD on number of passengers, timing, etc. and he said "no problem." Every time I spoke with Diego to make a change or add something, he ALWAYS said "no problem." Diego and his drivers did whatever it took to make sure my clients were happy. This makes me happy! I felt completely supported and would 5000% recommend using Hamptons VIP Ride for any transportation needs. a bit fed up with the consistently inconsistent and unreliable "luxury" bus options from NYC to the Hamptons, i opted to try a more exclusive form of transportation for me and a guest. definitely worth the upgrade and especially if you are sharing expenses per passenger, it's a no brainer versus other options. would definitely recommend hamptons vip ride to colleagues and clients who want a more refined hamptons travel experience.
